Bharat Sanchar Nigam has informed that a Debenture Trust Deed (DTD) was earlier executed on 16.12.2020 between the issuer (BSNL) and the debenture trustees (SBICAP Trustee Company), under Regulation 15(1) of the SEBI (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations, 2008, and the said DTD was filed on 18.12.2020. Further to said DTD a supplementary DTD is executed between BSNL and the debenture trustees (SBICAP Trustee Company) 11.03.2021, as mandated under SEBI circular No: SEBI/HO/MIRSD/CRADT/CIR/P/2020/230 dated 12.11.2020. A copy of the Supplementary DTD is enclosed.
