Aarti Drugs to consider share buyback proposal

Aarti Drugs’ board is going to meet later this week to consider a share buyback proposal. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Friday, March 19, 2021, to consider the proposal of buyback of the fully paid-up equity shares of the company.

Aarti Drugs (ADL) is engaged in the business of manufacturing generic bulk actives, advanced intermediates and specialty chemicals. The company is part of $265 million Aarti Group of Industries.
