In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, KIOCL has informed that the Company and ‘Director, Department of Mines and Geology, Government of Karnataka’ (DMG-Karnataka) had entered into an Agreement on 15th March, 2021. As per the Agreement, DMG-Karnataka has awarded the work of ‘Mineral exploration for Manganese & Iron Ores in ‘Haddinapade Iron Ore Block in Bellary District’ to the Company.
