Trejhara Solutions has won orders from the two large companies from the BFSI Sector in India for the supply of the additional Interact DX licenses and services. Interact DX is a leading product in the domain of enterprise-wide customer communication and customer experience management. Interact DX licenses will support organize-wide end to end customer communications across all channels including statements, invoices, alerts and notifications. The orders cover supply, implementation, maintenance & support of Interact DX licenses for statement run enhancements, and will also be able to scale as a centralised communication hub for digital customer interaction across all channels.
It will address all historical communication requirements from pre-boarding to post-boarding of customers in real-time and batch mode on the basis of targeted customer segments. The orders together valued close to Rs 5 crore, including implementation, maintenance & support to follow thereafter.
