With refer to letter dated March 18, 2021, seeking clarification on price movement in the shares of Bliss GVS Pharma (the Company), Bliss GVS Pharma has informed that as on date, there is no material relevant information/ event (including impending announcement) having a bearing on the operations/performance including price/volume of the Company which requires disclosure as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations). All the information/events which have a bearing on the operations of the Company are disclosed to the Exchange on immediate basis as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.
