Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Jubilant Ingrevia has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for ‘Designated Persons’ from Thursday, March 25, 2021 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of the financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2021 to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
