Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Star Cement has informed that the Company have purchased balance 8,394,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each of Meghalaya Power which entailed the Company to increase its stake to 17,130,620 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each (i.e., 100%) and the said Meghalaya Power became a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
