Sterlite Technologies rises on raising Rs 290 crore through NCDs

Sterlite Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 196.80, up by 1.00 points or 0.51% from its previous closing of Rs. 195.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 197.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 201.00 and Rs. 196.10 respectively. So far 20558 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 225.75 on 03-Mar-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 61.20 on 30-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 211.80 and Rs. 190.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7809.61 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 54.59%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.84% and 33.57% respectively.

Sterlite Technologies has raised Rs 290 crore through rated, listed, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and allotted 2900 NCDs bearing a face value of Rs 10,00,000 each to the investors identified by the Authorized Officials on March 24, 2021. The Authorization and Allotment Committee of the board of Directors of the Issuer at its meeting held i.e. March 25, 2021 has approved and allotted the same.
