Dilip Buildcon, Biocon and JSW Steel to see some action today

Dilip Buildcon has incorporated ‘DBL Poondtyankuppam Highways' the new SPV company as a wholly owned subsidiary of company for the project of four laning of Puducherry Poondiyankuppam Section of NH-45A from Km 29.000 to km 67.000 (Design Chainage) under Bharatmala Pariyoiana Phase I (Residual NHDP-IV works) on HAM in the State of Tamil Nadu and Union Territory of Puducherry.

Biocon’s subsidiary -- Biocon Pharma has joined hands with Libbs Farmaceutica to launch generic drugs in Brazil, the world's sixth most populous country. This partnership, which marks the entry of Biocon's generic formulations into Latin America, builds upon a successful association with Libbs, which began in 2017 to launch biosimilar Trastuzumab in Brazil.

JSW Steel has completed the acquisition by acquiring the aforesaid balance 26.45 percent of the issued and paid-up share capital of JSW Vallabh Tinplate. With this, JSW Vallabh Tinplate is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The company’s shareholding in JSW Vallabh Tinplate is 100 percent.

PG Electroplast (PGEL) has started the commercial production for manufacturing of Washing Machines at Company's unit situated at Khasra No. 268 & 275, 15th Milestone, Roorkee, Dehradun National Highway-73, Raipur, Pargana Bhagwanpur, Tehsil - Roorkee, Dist. Haridwar, Uttarakhand. The capacity of the plant is 0.8 million units per annum and the company shall start supplying the same to various marquee clients in the country.

Adani Green Energy has completed acquisition of 100% of the share capital and all the securities of two companies i.e. Surajkiran Solar Technologies and Dinkar Technologies. The company has acquired the stake from Sterling and Wilson.

HCL Technologies has opened its innovation centre focused on digital acceleration in Mississauga, Ontario. The company plans to hire 2,000 employees in Canada in three years. From this new Global Delivery Center (GDC), the company would deliver 'advanced technology solutions' to its global client base to help accelerate their digital transformation journeys.

Bank of India has raised Rs 602 crore by issuing bonds. Bank of India (BOI) has raised Rs 602 crore via Basel III compliant additional tier 1 (AT-1) bonds on March 26, 2021, on a private placement basis.
