Physical Rubber prices witnessed some gains on Tuesday, as the international prices picked up for the commodity and on technical buying after previous session lower rates.

Spot prices for RSS-4 variety rose to Rs 170/kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 169/kg; while the RSS-5 variety gained to Rs 167/kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 166/kg. In the futures market, April delivery gained to Rs 170.50 compared to its previous closing of Rs 169.68 on the Indian Commodity Exchange Limited (ICEX).
