Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Insider Trading framed by the Company under the Insider Trading Regulations, Elantas Beck India has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ (period to deal in the Company's shares) shall remain closed from 1st April 2021 till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting scheduled for approval of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31 March 2021.
