Shree Steel Wire Ropes has informed that in terms of the Company's ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives & Insiders’ (the Code) read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives (as defined in the code) shall remain closed from 1st April, 2021 until expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March, 2021; by the Board of Directors. The details of the date of the Board Meeting will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of the closure of trading window.
