Member Dir/PLL/01/2021 dated 31st March 2021 received from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), Shashi Shanker (DIN-06447938), Nominee Director, ONGC, has ceased to be the Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 1st April 2021 due to his retirement from the services of ONGC on attaining the age of superannuation on 31st March 2021.
