In reference to the clarification regarding trading restriction period issued by BSE through its Circular No. LIST/COMP/01 /2019-20 dated 02.04.2019 and Pursuant to the Clause 4 of Schedule B to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (‘PIT Regulations’) (as amended), Balurghat Technologies has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the directors, designated persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect from 1st April, 2021 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2021.
