As required under Regulation 52 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 (LODR), NLC Tamil Nadu Power has informed that the Company will submit the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year 2020-21 within the prescribed period. As such, the Company will not be submitting the Un-audited Financial Results for the half-year ended March 31, 2021 and hence no Limited Review Report of the Auditors for this period will be submitted.
