Gandhi Special Tubes has informed that the securities received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the depository has been substituted in its records as the registered owner within 15 days of receipt of certificate of security. Further, the certificates of securities which were dematerialized, are listed on Stock Exchanges, where earlier issued securities were listed.
