Krishna Rao (DIN: 01889382) have resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company, effective 09.04.2021, owing to their personal obligations. Further, the Directors have confirmed, in terms of and as required under Clause 7B, Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, that there are no other material reasons other than the reason as stated above.
