Choice International’s wholly owned Subsidiary -- Choice Equity Broking has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% stake in Escorts Securities. The acquisition entails mainly the broking business and will be completed within the next six months, subject to necessary statutory approvals.
Choice International offers services in area of project financing, assisting in raising funds by equity or debt routes, debt structuring, private equity, acquisitions, long term strategic planning, turnaround and structuring and joint ventures, divestitures and takeovers.
