V-Guard Industries trades higher on launching Arizor AC Stabilizer

V-Guard Industries is currently trading at Rs. 233.00, up by 1.90 points or 0.82% from its previous closing of Rs. 231.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 230.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 234.50 and Rs. 229.35 respectively. So far 21352 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 262.00 on 01-Apr-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 158.40 on 13-Apr-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 250.75 and Rs. 216.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9965.32 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.55%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 26.21% and 11.24% respectively.

V-Guard Industries has launched a path-breaking and disruptive design in AC Stabilizers specifically for inverter ACs named Arizor. Designed to complement the look of the inverter AC making it truly one of its kind. The V-Guard ARIZOR 4150 stabilizer for 1.5-ton inverter AC is also equipped with an efficient Intelligent Time Delay System (ITDS). This allows the compressor adequate balancing time during a power failure.

V-Guard industries manufactures a range of products namely voltage stabilizers, pumps, electric water heaters, solar water heaters, cables, UPS, ceiling fans, etc.
