Pursuant to proviso to Regulation 52(2) (a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, JTPM Atsali has informed that annual audited financial results for the financial year ended on March 31, 2021 shall be submitted within sixty days from the end of the financial year. Accordingly, the Company shall not submit unaudited financial results for annual and half year ended March 31, 2021 along with Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, within 45 days of the financial year ended March 31, 2021.
