Tech Mahindra has received approval from its Investment Committee of the Board of Directors for the proposal to acquire 100% equity shares in DigitalOnUs, Inc. (DigitalOnUs) directly and indirectly through its wholly owned subsidiary -- Tech Mahindra (Americas) Inc. The transaction is expected to close by May 15, 2021.
