With reference to the circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144, Hatsun Agro Products has informed that the company does not fall under the category of Large Corporates (LC) as per the framework provided in the said Circular (since not fulfilling the Criteria of having the Credit Rating of ‘AA and above’ as specified under para 2.2 (iii) of the said Circular) and hence the submission of the Statement of Disclosure in Annexure A of the said Circular does not arise for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021.
