Physical Rubber prices witnessed some weakness on Tuesday due to sharp slowdown in demand amid concerns about corona-virus resurgence that continued to cast its dark shadow over the investor outlook. Though, rubber supply shortage issues capped further fall in rubber prices.
Spot prices for RSS-4 variety remained unchanged at Rs 164/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety declined to Rs 158/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 159/ kg.
