Further, in terms of the Tata Communications Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices, the trading window for insiders has been closed from March 24, 2021 and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the aforesaid financial results are made public.
