Bombay Oxygen Investments has informed that the Company has received request for transfer of physical shares pursuant to the aforesaid SEBI circular. In view of the same, the Company has published advertisement in The Free Press Journal (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) on 22nd April, 2021 giving notice of proposed transfer of shares. If within 30 days of the said notice, no objection is received in this regard then the Company shall effect the proposed transfer of shares. Pursuant to Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has enclosed a copy of the said advertisement.
