S&S Power Switchgear has informed that the Company S & S Power Switchgear does not fall under the category of ‘Large Corporate (LC)’ as per the framework provided in the Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26 November 2018 and Circular No. LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated 11 April 2019. Hence it is not applicable to the Company. Further in case if, it fall under the said criteria in future then it shall inform and fulfill all the said requirements as applicable for ‘Large Corporates’.
