Dion Global Solutions has informed that the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of the Corporate Debtor Dion Global Solutions has been initiated vide the order of Honble NCLT, New Delhi Bench dated 18.08.2020 and the undersigned has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional. The undersigned has been also appointed as the Resolution Professional in the 01st meeting of the Committee of Creditors held on 23.09.2020 (e-voting completed on 28.09.2020) pursuant to Section 22(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. That as per requirement of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the disclosure regarding intimation of schedule of 9th meeting of Committee of Creditors shall be made without any application of the guidelines for materiality as specified in regulation 30(4) and this intimation shall be considered in fulfillment of the above requirement of law.
