ONGC has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held on even date, appointed/ re-designated Subhash Kumar, Director (Finance), as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company to fill the vacancy caused upon the superannuation of Shashi Shanker on 31.03.2021 and Vivek Chandrakant Tongaonkar, Executive Director (Finance), as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, to fill the vacancy caused in view of above with immediate effect.
