Pursuant to the provision to Regulation 52(2)(a) of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SBFC Finance has informed that the Company shall submit the annual audited financial results for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2021 within 60 days from the close of the Financial Year 2020-21, by 30th May, 2021. In view of the aforesaid, the Company will not submit the un-audited financial results for the Half Year ended on 31st March, 2021 accompanied by limited review report.
