Tata Communications has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.
The company has reported a net profit of Rs 209.34 crore for the quarter under review against net loss of Rs 146.89 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 6.78% ast Rs 1,620.87 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 1,517.97 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit attributed to the owners of Rs 299.20 crore for the quarter under review against net loss of Rs 275.02 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 6.86% at Rs 4,130.95 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 4,435.22 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2021, the company has reported around 5-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 962.66 crore as compared to Rs 208.78 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 9.60% at Rs 6,499.88 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 5,930.60 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
For the year ended March 31, 2021, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit attributed to the owners of Rs 1,250.63 crore against net loss of Rs 85.96 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased marginally by 0.70% at Rs 17,256.86 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 17,137.67 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
