Chennai Petroleum Corporation has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.
The company has reported its net profit of Rs 231.79 crore for the quarter under review against net loss of Rs 1,637.56 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 24.91% at Rs 14,734.43 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 11,795.66 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a net profit of Rs 241.98 crore for the quarter under review against net loss of Rs 1624.73 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 24.91% at Rs 14,734.44 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 11,795.66 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2021, the company has reported net profit of Rs 237.56 crore against net loss of to Rs 2077.58 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 13.80% at Rs 42,005.95 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 48,730.45 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
For the year ended March 31, 2021, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit of Rs 257.26 crore against net loss of Rs 2056.40 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 13.80% at Rs 42,000.04 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 48,724.53 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
