With reference to SEBI Circular no: SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates (LC) and disclosure compliances thereof, JHS Svendgaard Laboratories has informed that the Company does not fulfill the criteria specified in Para 2.2 of the above-mentioned SEBI Circular and hence does not fall in the category of ‘Large Corporate’ and cannot be considered as a Large Corporate as defined under the said circular.
