With the incremental rise in the COVID-19 cases, Ambuja Cements and ACC, the two operating entities of LafargeHolcim in India, have come forward to support the community and the government authorities in Rajasthan in these trying times.
For the community at Nagaur, which is battling the Covid-19 pandemic, Ambuja Cements has decided to set up an oxygen generating Plant at the JLN Hospital, Nagaur with a capacity of 40-50 M3 (with daily refilling of around 175-200 cylinders). The process to set up the oxygen plant has commenced and should be ready within the next four weeks.
Ambuja Cements is engaged in manufaacturing and marketing of cement and clinker for both domestic and export markets.
