With reference to earlier intimation and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall open after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended 31st March 2021 on 02nd June 2021. The Trading Window shall remain closed from 1st April 2021 to 02nd June 2021.
