Motilal Oswal Financial Services has informed that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the Company at its Meeting held on April 29, 2021 have granted 4,95,000 Employee Stock Options under the various Employee Stock Option Schemes of the Company. Further, pursuant to the recommendation of NRC, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on April 29, 2021 have approved the Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited - Employees Stock Options Scheme - IX (ESOS - IX) for issuance of employee stock options to employees of the Company/ Holding Company/ Subsidiary Company(ies), subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company to be obtained in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
