In furtherance to the letter dated 30th March 2021, wherein the Company was intimated that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30th March 2021 has approved to take over the paint business of Snowcem Paints on slump sale basis and as a going concern; Saurashtra Cement has now informed that the company has completed the acquisition of the Paint business of Snowcem Paints. The operations has commenced under ‘Saurashtra Cement Limited -Paint Division’ with effect from 1st May 2021.
