With further to its letter dated March 17, 2021 and with reference to 1,18,360 Secured, Listed, Redeemable Non-convertible Debentures (‘NCDs’) in the denomination of Rs 10,00,000 each (ISIN INE507T07054) issued by the Company on March 15, 2021 on private placement basis and listed on BSE and National Stock Exchange of India. Summit Digitel Infrastructure has informed that in terms of Information Memorandum dated March 9, 2021 and as per the terms of the aforesaid NCDs, interest on the NCDs falling due on May 3, 2021 was required to be paid on the same day May 3, 2021. Accordingly, the company has confirmed that the payment of interest amount has been made by the Company today on May 3, 2021.
