ADF Foods has informed that the Company has received request for transfer of physical shares pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOS3/CIR/P/2018/139 dated 6th November, 2018. In view of same, the Company has published Newspaper advertisement on 1st May 2021, in the Financial Express (all India editions), Financial Express - Gujarati (Ahmedabad edition) and Jansatta - Hindi (Delhi edition) giving notice of proposed transfer of shares. If within 30 days of the said notice, no objection is received in this regard, then the Company shall effect the proposed transfer of shares. A copy of the said advertisement is enclosed.
