In furtherance to communication intimating about the Board Meeting, which was scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 08, 2021 for considering and approving the financial statements for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021, Muthoot Capital Services has informed that, considering the strict restrictions imposed in the state of Kerala due to COVID-19 with effect from May 04, 2021 till May 09, 2021, it has been decided to cancel the said Board Meeting. The company will review the social situations and other Government restrictions post the above period and will decide and intimate the fresh date for holding the Board Meeting thereafter. It may also be noted that the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by the Directors and Designated Persons, pursuant to the Insider Trading Code, will also get extended till two days after the conclusion of the Board Meeting.
