Surana Solar has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on Wednesday, 05th May, 2021, have approved and taken on record the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2021, and reports thereon, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'). In this regard, the Company enclosed the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2021 (Financial Results); Audit Report for the Financial Results from Statutory Auditors, Luharuka & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 01882S), in terms of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/ CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016, the Company declared that the Statutory Auditors have issued their Audit Report with an unmodified opinion with regards to financial results for the quarter/ financial year ended 31st March, 2021.
