The Board Meeting will now be held on Monday 17th May, 2021 to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2021 and to recommend dividend if any. Note the change in date of the Board Meeting as 17/05/2021 and take these in the records.
