Aurionpro Solutions has received approval for the transaction for the sale of its entire stake in its USA based subsidiary, resulting in the exit from the cyber security business globally. Necessary approval from the shareholders shall also be sought for this purpose.
Necessary agreements for this purpose have been signed on May 06, 2021 and the transaction will be concluded immediately after completion of the documentation.
