On the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Foseco India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Prasad Chavare (DIN: 08846863) as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 6th May 2021, pursuant to the provisions of Section 152 and 161 of the Companies Act 2013. Consequently, Chavare has also been appointed and designated as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO), for a period of 5 years with effect from 1st June 2021 up to 31st May 2026. His appointment will be subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. He will be liable to retire by rotation.
