Through the aforesaid letter, amongst other things, the company had informed the Stock Exchanges of the appointment of Prasad Chavare (DIN: 08846863) as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Foseco India has informed that the period of 5 years has erroneously been mentioned as taking effect from 1st June 2021 and ending on 31st May 2021. The period of 5 years should be correctly read as taking effect from 1st June 2021 and ending on 31st May 2026.
