Copper futures traded up on Monday, boosted by expectations of higher demand on the back of good prospects over strong economic rebound from the corona-virus impact. Moreover, poor supply also supported the red metal prices.
Copper futures for July delivery gained $0.0770 at $4.7485 a pound on the Comex metals division of New York Mercantile Exchange.
