Route Mobile has informed that Spectrum Telecom FZ-LLC, wholly owned subsidiary of Route Mobile (UK) and a wholly owned step down subsidiary of Route Mobile (the Company), has been voluntarily de-registered with effect from May 09, 2021. This de-registration was a part of internal reorganisation and it will not affect performance or revenue of the Company.
