Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Trent has informed that Simon Susman was re-appointed as an Independent Director of the Company for a second term up to 10th May 2021, by the Members of the Company at 67th Annual General Meeting.
