Jindal Stainless (Hisar) has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, 18th May, 2021, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021. Further, as intimated by letter dated 31st March, 2021, the trading window in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, was closed with effect from 1st April, 2021 until the second trading day after the declaration of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021.
