In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the ‘Listing Regulations’) read with Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Allcargo Logistics has informed that the Board of Directors through its Circular Resolution CR/BM/01/2021-2022 have approved the appointment of arthasarathy Vankipuram Srinivasa (DIN: 00125299) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a tenure of 2 years with effect from May 11, 2021, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. Further, in compliance with SEBI directives dated June 14, 2018 to the Stock Exchanges, NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2018/02 dated June 20, 2018 and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018, it has affirmed that Parthasarathy Vankipuram Srinivasa has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
