Usha Martin has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 20th May, 2021 which will consider approval of annual audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, to its earlier intimation, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons adopted under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended from time to time, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed for 'Designated Persons' and 'Insider' of the Company till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of annual financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 31st March, 2021.
